A New Orleans police vehicle.

A teenage boy was wounded late Sunday in a drive-by shooting at an Old Aurora playground, New Orleans police said.

At around 8:50 p.m. in the 6900 block of Tullis Drive, three suspects in an SUV pulled up to the playground and opened fire, police said. The boy was struck. He went to a hospital via private conveyance.

No other information was immediately available. The investigation is ongoing.
